So what kind of functionality would you find useful and what changes would you like to see? I can't promise to implement every idea but I'm very open to your feedback.

Mike,
how about starting a board for those of us who's laid off and unemployed so we can start networking and talk about our job hunting experiences? If nothing else it'll become a forum to blow off some steam.

The way things are now, that could be very useful. A while back some people were talking about networking as a WHOLE bunch of people got laid off last fall. Anyone else interested in this?

What I would like to know more about is everyones background in regards to employment, skills. With just dining out the other night it was quite interesting how there is a large pool of talent and the only way you network effectively is to let people know who you are, what you can do and where you want to go. In meeting someone the other night I found out that he is an inventor and looking to have his product in Home Depot. And, 2 days later I have a meeting with my accountant in Oradell who knows one of the co-founders of Home Depot.
I don't know if you have done it already but there should be a dinner/get together where we formally inroduce each other.
