I don't know if there is enough of a need for something like this to justify a new board, but I thought I'd throw the idea around...

Maybe a board for classified ads? With real estate being as crazy as it is in Hoboken, this might be a good way for people to communicate when looking for a place to rent, or rent out. Or classified ads for just about anything else really, things for sale, that sort of thing. I see them from time to time (like the garage sale) on other boards, would it be worth it to have a seperate boards for these types of things?

There seems to have been a lot more classified type postings recently. It could very well be useful to have a seperate board for it. It looks like its time to retire some older boards anyway. Anyone else have any opinions on this?
