Requirements: Must have a minimum of 2 years on-the-job experience working on strategic and tactical consulting engagements for clients. Previous employment with a mainstream consulting company (Financial Services Technology experience preferred). Extensive experience with quantitative and qualitative research. Experience with the indentification and negotiation of technology outsourcing/ASP opportunities. Experience in conducting technical and functional audits of operating units for the purpose of assessing conformance with, and measuring performance to, a strategic plan. Must have the ability to put people at ease and to instill a high degree of trust quickly and genuinely. A strong ability to manage day-to-day interactions and relationships with a diverse group of clients. Must have high integrity, motivation, energy, and enthusiasm. Must be self directed.
