Description: Job Summary:
Driving day-to-day sales initiatives for Citysoft Inc., a nationally recognized pioneer in the professional web services industry.
Daily activities include working closely with senior executives and managing directors to identify sales opportunities, aggressively marketing to potential new clients, setting up sales meetings, tracking status of all sales activity, and working w/ sales and tech teams to manage the closure of client contracts through the proposal acceptance stage.
Requirements include, but are not limited to:
· Strong understanding of internet and IT technologies including design and software development and the ability to translate business requirements into software development costs
· Sales experience in web professional services
· Successful track record in a quota-driven sales role; both high-volume outbound call-oriented experience and outside direct selling experience
· Demonstrated experience of effective prospecting, pipeline management, sales process responsiveness, and deal closing process
· Proven success in solution-oriented selling and ability to sell effectively against the competition
· Impeccable attention to detail for proposal and quote generation - and all client communication.
· Ability to manage multiple revenue-related activities while remaining organized and productive
· Relevant account management and customer service experience
· Comfortable in a fast paced, entrepreneurial results oriented environment
Requirements: Qualifications:
· 5+ years work experience with a strong understanding of selling technology services/products
· Minimum of two years experience in the web development space and/or IT consulting services
· Proven track record of consistently exceeding quota selling into the mid-tier marketplace
· Consultative sales skills and good overall relationship management skills
· Highly motivated overachiever with the drive and ability to work in a high growth environment
· Excellent negotiating skills
· Confident, passionate, high energy and results-oriented
· Excellent communication and written skills
· Excellent presentation and proposal/RFP skills
