That's me, Christine. I already applied. "Competitive salary" is 20,000 LESS than I was making.
But I didn't say no, though that's a significant pay cut.

It is a sign that it is a employer's market. Not an employee market.
I knew that when I was unemployed and I was ready to take a paycut so I just get positive cash flow into my income. Welcome to the new reality.
