Description: Senior Sales Executive is primarily responsible for sales of SelectMinds solutions to new clients, development of additional revenue sources with existing clients, and maintaining excellent business relations, both externally and internally.
Responsibilities:
* Meet or exceed all sales and revenue targets.
* Analyze markets for potential new product opportunities.
* Develop and implement new product marketing and sales strategies.
* Determine new business opportunities and develop new customers.
* Represent SelectMinds at trade shows, seminars and other industry events.
* Analyze and recommend improvements in assigned sales territories.
* Develop and provide sales management with detailed analysis and recommendations.
* Make major account presentations.
* Work with various team members to develop sales proposals.
Requirements:
* Bachelors degree required.
* Five years minimum successful direct sales experience.
* B2B Sales Experience.
* Successful customer account management experience.
* Highly effective presentation skills.
* Excellent written and verbal skills.
* High degree of customer relations skills.
* Demonstrated ability to develop long term key account relationships.
* Effective problem solving skills.
* Knowledge of computer networks and the internet.
* Organizational, analytical, and account management skills.
* Ability to accomplish goals without close supervision.
* Self starter with strong motivation and ambition.
* Team player dedicated to overall company goals.
* Experience in a sales-driven major organization is preferred.
* Application software, human resources software, marketing services or consulting sales experience a plus.
