Phishing if you have not been reading up are scams where you click on a link to a illegit site thou it appears to be legit. Well, now they are taking a step further by hiding your real address bar and putting a fake one.

As suggested before, please investigate on your own on what you need to do. 1st step, DO NOT USE IE. 2nd step be sure that you controls are set properly so that webpages do not manipulate your settings. Some of these links have tips in how to do that.
