making door fire safe

Hi,
So I got what I needed to make the door to my unit "fire rate" but for the life of me I cannot unscrew the hinge to attach this thing. Anyone have any ideas? tips?

Hi,
I have a power drill too but that's not what's needed.
What did you use to finally get your license plates off?
Or I need batman to help me.
