Ok so that link is a miserable failure.
Here's how you get there step by step. Bear with me but hopefully you'll find the diary worthwhile.
go to
www.worldsurface.com
on the left as you start to scroll down there's a box that says "Where do you want to go?" select Belize.
On the upper left click on live diaries
Choose what is currently 2nd on the list
Belize (30 Nov 2003)
The Grand Belizean Adventure

This should bring you to a listing of each day of the diary.
