Plantar fasciitis...gone?

Four miles today with not a hint of pain. Maybe it's really gone this time. I have a guaranteed NYC marathon entry for this year - I'm getting more optimistic about my chances.

Sorry for the whining a few months back. Thanks for listening nonetheless.

Hey Lawndart,
That is great news. I hope you have continued success with your running, and I will be looking foward to hearing about the marathon. I just wanted to remind you however, that although you feel better it is not time to stop the modalaties I discussed in the previous message regarding your plantar fasciitis. Do not forget a proper warm-up and good foot wear, and it is good practice to stretch and ice your foot after every run. You may also wnat to talk to your doctor about taking an anti-inflamatory if you start to feel pain again. If you would like to discuss this problem further, I have had some success with strength training programs in relation to this problem. Feel free to call me or send me an e-mail, both can be found on my bio page.
Sincerely,
