Ok here it is again. I'm not a big fish eater but there is a small restaurant in cliffside park that serves grouper bits appetizer, either blackened or fried (blackened is best). I "discovered" them a few years back and have been hooked since. They are just small pieces of grouper fish served blackened. I like to have them with a cajun garlic sauce and tarter sauce. The taste, IMO, is amazing, it barely even tastes like a fish for that matter. As a matter of face a waitress there told me recently that their grouper bits appetizer are one of their most popular dishes.

Since some of the other forum trolls refuse to accept the fact that there are finer foods beyond what you can get in a McDonald's drive thru grouper bits have been compared to everything from VD to anal sex since I brought them up a few weeks ago. But that's ok, I will be having the last laugh tomorrow.

This whole brouhaha has been over a g-d appetizer! I'm getting dragged all over N. Jersey for an appetizer! Steve, these not only better be heaven on a plate, they better slice, dice, julienne, clean the kitchen and go down like a fully body massage!!!!!
