The Reiki Cafe 

- again, honored by those who sat circle with us last night for the Group K-K

- a few initial impressions: it is becoming increasingly obvious that as the group is comprised of more guinea pigs who have been thru at least one or two clearings already (individual and\or group) that the intial clearing stages get shorter and shorter as the enegy bodies come with less and less chronic "junk"

- this seems to allow for a quicker interaction with the mental and emotional bodies

- there was only one first-timer last night, I believe

- on the whole the group's enegy was fairly "placid" throughout

- I do wonder if at least one person may have had the Kundalini running a bit??

- a pleasant group experience for me - and as usual the effects of the work had me energized till about 1:00 AM

Thanks for allowing me to be part of the K-K group last night (am for me as you know).

A very pleasant experience for me as well. In fact I 'ran on with it' longer than the group session. Maybe If I hadn't had to go out I'd still be there now?!
The experience was so pleasant in fact I was bathing in indigo light with tears emerging at one point! Other experiences - energising, and a depth of experience I can only refer to as Universal Love/Energy but that's a matter of interpretation. A difficult one to describe but I'm sure you'll get the jist.

Hi all,

Thank you for including me in last night's activities. Today has been most interesting from a response point of view. Unbeknownst to fellow participants, I had emailed our esteemed Firekeeper about the rash of upheaval in my personal life.(e.g. move, mother's death, etc) in anticipation of any unusual 'stuff' at the etheric level. Today, I find myself really low---and I think this is in direct response to the clearing...I have been holding it together so well, that my day to day public face probably betrays no grief, no anxiety. I am generally a master at 'putting on a happy face'. Not today....and while it's not the pleasant of responses, I am grateful for the increased ability to 'let it out/let it go'.

Pleased you have a spot for me on the 11 December, I look forward to it.

Our weekend is almost at a close now (22.35hrs)Friday evening. It has been a great one though, helped in part by my participation in the K-K session this morning. Followed by a wonderful Friday brunch - much feasting went on at the magnificent buffet!

Thank you for allowing me to participate in the Group KK.

This past weekend I was attuned to RM and had attended an energy workshop. Thursday evening I had attended a Reiki Healing Circle and had done healing on two people. I then had a healing done to me. I came home and was buzzing and couldn't fall asleep until past 1 pm EST, so I'm sure you must have felt all this great energy. A far cry from my unbalanced night of the blackout!

So that's why I had this post-nasal drip/sore throat start up yesterday evening! Of course! A clearing! Due to some freelance work coming in yesterday, I could not join in as mindfully as I'd planned, but thank you so much -- will keep aware of any more changes to come, and would be pleased to know your experience too.

If I may sit in for next month, I will make sure I am sitting down and tuning in fully.

Well, I worked till 1130pm & then had a long drive home so if I was there in group it certainly wasnt my conscious body & mind as they were elsewhere!! :) I did have great difficulty concentrating at work from 10 pm on, it was a struggle for me & I became quite tired though I had a good night's sleep the night before. I actually left work a little earlier than usual because I just could not think!! Interesting..

i had a good night's selep that night, and the effects this time aren't as "visible" as the times before.

i'm a little more short tempered than usual (not sure is an effect of the claring more than my own personality...ahem!)and i've woken(???) up with a little headache every morning, but the symptoms are a lot milder, considering all my prior worries.

anyway, I'm feeling great, (i think yoga is helping too) and always grateful to be able to participate in such great experience.

BTW, baby's great, i'm 5 months now, feeling good, and on november 11th we'll find out if it is a boy or a girl!.

- as for the headaches?? has your blood pressure been stabile since you have become pregnant??

- the clearing may well interact with any aspect of you in one way or another at some point - depending on how you use the time during which the clearing may be effective (since we all accumulate "stuff" daily, each clearing is somewhat time-limited though I could not say what this time frame actually will be for you or anyone else) - partly depends on how quickly one accumulates new "junk"
