if you wish to do this practice on ones self first.

all that is required is some acceptance of spirt and a intent of the age you want to look at and you can feel the felings at that time of your life and others.
with the age you are at now you can deal with the energy of the past in a more appreate way and release it.

i go 1 year at a time or 5 years at a time of ones life and 50 years or a 1000 years at a time in past lives, if i find something then i breack it down to years and months,sometimes days. usesley not nesscecary to get that accreate.
i sometimes find energy of other famley members that is stored in our bodys.

That is very interesting. I find that if I concentrate I can access the energy of various experiences in my life. I never considered using it as a method of self-healing though. Ingenious.
