The Reiki Cafe 

This day has been set as a day to honour Reiki and Mikao Usui. Why this day? It is Mikao Usui's birthday.

How about thinking of doing something to promote this day in your area. It is a day for saying thanks for Reiki and also for telling others about it.

Let your local Radio Station know that this day is International Reiki Day.

Put some poster up in your local shopping mall and community centre telling people this day is International Reiki Day.

Get Reiki people together to give each other Reiki or to just come together to celebrate the day.

Or you can plant a garden or help out at a hospice or do whatever you want that day. Or you can be a Reiki busker for the day. Set up a chair in your local mall or library or community centre and offer to give people Reiki.

There are bound to be lots of other ideas about.
