- a few thoughts on the session
- I had decided to offer "Louise" the opportunity to "observe" the practices as we had talked about my showing them her when she was alive
- so, some of my preparatory meditations were a bit different and I also noticed that my Mindfulness of the Group during the session was "divided" at times toward sensing if Louise had accepted the "invitation"
- all I can say at this point is that once or twice I had the strong sense of "someone looking over my shoulder" and that it was a familiar "signature"
- but, since the Group is my focus I did not bend any Mindfulness further to explore the "visitor" more closely. But I am quite confident that only Louise could have gotten that close to us at that time.

- as for the Group work?? on the whole the energy of all of you as a group felt a bit subdued (perhaps quiescent would be a beter description) but on the whole not overly cluttered with a lot of the daily junk we all accumulate
- except for my own diverted Mindfulness, as mentioned above, I felt the clearing went well
- one of the group via E-mail has already described at least one segment of the clearing by having noticed certain directional activity of some of the energy

- again, once I am better at dividing my Mindfulness during the Group work I may be able to have a bit of individual feedback for some
- right now, indivdual feedback will have to come from the Individual K-K I do the second Thursday each month.
