Hi Firekeeper,
I had planned ahead as you suggested and Reiki had been done a lot during the day and just beforehand. I felt very open and surrounded and full of energy. I felt connected to you and the group. At some point I tuned into feeling humor, from what source I don't know, but later upon watching tv in bed I definitely found things more humorous which made me laugh and smile quite a bit.
I had a beautiful clearing by MedicineBear a week or so ago, thanks again Joe. This morning I feel as I have had another clearing and there are some symptoms to suggest this to me. Let's say a gentle to moderate purging from the KK.
Upon waking this morning I felt lighter as I did when Joe cleared me before and this time I felt a deep contentment and more open all around. My lungs feel clearer as they have been congested lately.
I suspect there will be more to come as the days progress.
Thanks Peter.

Namaste' Firekeeper,
Thank you for the KK last night!
All week I have been fighting a thick headed foggy type of feeling. Extremely tired for the week, had a good headache all day yesterday, and into the evening. However, when I woke up this morning I felt great! Better than I have in a couple of weeks actually. Alert, perky, happy, just smiling inside and out!
The KK always seems to leave me feeling lighter and more balanced, and this time around it appears I truly needed it!
Thanks again!
With light and love,
Featherpoint

I had a lovely K-K experience, after I remembered that last night was the night!!!
I stayed up very late, and when I realized that it had been K-K night, a wonderful thing happened as my attention turned to it -- I slipped immediately into a wonderful buoyant supportive energy. It felt very broad and wide, a world hammock. I stayed there until I fell asleep, and had a wonderful deep sleep. Upon comparing what I had been doing and how I felt from the time K-K had begun, I too felt some increased pleasantness and humour -- more than usual (I was watching The Daily Show, but the feeling was more than just the laughs), and then I went into my frequent K-K slo-mo/focus-on-one-thing-at-a-time molasses mind mode, up until the moment I describe above when my shifted awareness took in the energy.
I have felt great today, yet grounded.
Frequently K-K has taken place on a certain meeting night, after which I am usually ennervated and emotional. If the scheduling of both coincides again at a later date, you bet I am going to set myself a progam of relaxation and meditation so I will be fully prepared.
And then I will radiate in colourful stripes, if I can. :)
Thank you Firekeeper, and many blessings to you,
Lunarreikin.

Firekeeper:
Many, many thanks to you and your K-K.
It was a bit of a stressful evening at work, I was concerned I was going to be held back late. Lots of people were out looking at cars. I explained to my salesperson I had to be home at 10 or I could not guarantee what kind of shape I would be in.
I made it, home laying on my bed for 10. Since my level 2 Reiki, my feet and hands have been buzzing. Since you sent me this round of K-K, the buzzing has been increased and is no longer just in my feet and hands, but also up my legs and arms. It sometimes annoys me if the timing is not right, but mostly I appreciate and give thanks that I have this knowledge of Reiki and all that it can be.
It is such a large, wonderful world out there. I am learning very quickly to appreciate the beauty and learning to just be, with your help, of course. :-)
Thanks again

Dear Firekeeper,
For my part I was filling my abdomen with prana. Trying to sent a troublesome hamburger into the Light as it were.

Dear Firekeeper,
How'd you know it was mc donald's? That was bad enough for an emergency lunch. But then as fate would have it a BLT bagel was for dinner ; heavy on the B. Over dosed on bad meat I was.
And then there was the cajun gumbo after the BLT.
Oyyyyyy.
namaste,
Michael

Dear FIrekeeper,
Pepto would not have helped.

Michael,
/*\ Namaste :-}}
- clearing toxins is a good thing
- Pancha is one approach
- the equally, if not more important question is what practices may we do to learn not to put such toxins into us in the first place?
