Tom Rigler will be doing a Gendai Reiki Gokui Kaiden workshop in Asheville, North Carolina, on the weekend of August 6-7. Upon completion of this training, you will be certified as a Gendai Reiki Ho Shihan (master teacher).
Tom is one of three Reiki Masters/Teachers who were part of a group responsible for bringing Hiroshi Doi-sensei and his teachings to the West in 1999. Hiroshi Doi is the creator of Gendai Reiki and the author of Iyashino Gendai Reiki Ho, which means “Modern Reiki Method for Healing.” Doi-sensei, in Gendai Reiki Ho, integrates and combines training information and methods from the Usui Reiki Ryoho Gakkai (the Japanese learning society in direct succession to Usui-sensei) as well as modern forms of Reiki from Western based teachings.
Tom has worked extensively with Doi-sensei since 1999, traveling to Japan several times. He has been certified as Shihan (teacher) and a member of the Gendai Reiki Healing Kyokai (association). Tom brings wit and humor, along with years of experience and his own personal insights and perspectives to this fast-paced, packed two-day workshop.
