How to receive the healing:
Make sure that you are not going to be disturbed. Unplug your phone, and find a private place in your home where you can lay down to receive the healing.
You may want to put on some relaxation music, and light some candles to create a receptive atmosphere.
State this intention silently in your mind: “I am now ready to receive the “Atlantean ChaiOr” distant healing session that Carol Saunders channeled on June 6, 2002, may my highest and best interest be served in this healing session” (you may want to add your special healing request in with that intention).
The healing session will then begin, and will last for One Hour.
Following the healing session drink some water, and write down your experience receiving the distant healing session.
