This might be too long to post, but I received it in an email, and thought this would be a GREAT way to reach lots of loving Reiki people! :D

Hi, I am a Reiki master from australia and I have put together reiki
sending and meditation events twice a month. I would like you and anyone
of your friends and students to join us in bringing harmony to the
planet and all sentient beings. If you do not feel you would like to
participate then please just pass this to others who might. I have

GLOBAL SENDING AND MEDITATION
I would like to propose to our members that we start working as a united
group for planetary change. We as the Reiki Network has enormous
potential as a group to be of great benefit to planet and everyone on
it. I propose that we all contact our students via our individual
newsletters and lists so we can involve as many people as possible.
anyone that took part in the global sendings after the 9/11 event would
have felt the strength of mass sending. Our level one students could
also be involved just by giving Reiki to a photo of the planet and doing
the meditation I have suggested in this article.
I have looked at the logistics and feel if we all sent at 20.00 GMT it
should not be to inconvenient for any of us. If you are unsure what GMT
is in your local time zones just look up on the internet GMT. there are
many sites that will give you your time. If anyone has trouble finding
the correct time just contact me and I can work it out for you. To avoid
having to contact each other all the time to find out when we are going
to send I suggest we make the 11th and 22nd of every month as ideal
times for ongoing events.
Also to intensify the experience and also to help ground more God source
energy onto the planet I would like to suggest we do a Visualisation
meditation along with the sending. I use this technique often and can
only say it is very powerful for one's growth as well as the benefit to
the planet.
Gold/White light meditation
Make yourself comfortable making sure your feet are flat on the ground
preferable bare feet. Now the technique runs over 2 breaths.
Ist breath: as you breathe in visualise pure gold/white light from God
source pouring into your body through your crown chakra. Feel this
energy coming directly from God source. On the exhale visualise the
gold/white light breathing out through your feet into the ground. This
will ground the pure harmonious energy of God source onto the planet.
2nd breath: On your inhale breathe up into your body through your feet
the earth energy. On the exhale breathe this energy up and out your
crown chakra going directly to God source. This connects Earth with God
source. You become the conduit for this process through your intent and
visualisation. Its that simple just keep breathing in this way for the
total time of sending
I use this technique often in areas of the planet I travel to. It
grounds pure loving and healing energy onto the planet. Very good for
earth healing.
I would like to suggest we send to world harmony and at the same time do
the meditation. A 15 minute duration for the event would be good.
We have all come to Reiki to bring harmony and growth to peoples lives
and to help this planet transform to love. So I ask of all members to
please consider being a part of this. It is very important in these
times of planetary upheaval and vibrational shift that we support earths process of cleansing and growth.
I will be starting this ongoing event from the 11th of March 2003 and
would love you to join me. Get as many people involved as you caneven
if you do not wish to yourself.
