- since the work gets done at the level of the mental energy bodies, for many there may not be any "feeling" things as it occurs but one may notice a "trickle down" effect later on

- however, as I was well into the preparatory meditation I did perceive the faint sound of gentle little bells that sounded a little also like windchimes

Here is a question from a past guinea pig...you mentioned that since the clearing takes place on the etheral body, affects can take some time to notice. I participated last month and the month prior. I did try to look up K-K for some information but really couldn't find much.

Could the clearing actually stir up a lot in the recipient's life that is in need of actually being cleared out? Could relationship issues, etc. come rapidly to the surface so that they can be finally healed? (I'm reminded of the post-attunement cleansing period so many speak of.)

Curious as to your thoughts on this.

- the various energy bodies are employed to one degree or another depending a good deal on Mindfulness and Intent to handle energies of various character

- yes, a clearing can help one "see" things close at hand in a different light, so to speak, though this does not always happen immediately -

- each guinea pig must use the clearing according to their gifts, Mindfulness, and Intent

- one reason that effects are often not immediate seems to be that most of us are not fully well aware of or connectred to our finer energy bodies - so "the knock on the door" sometimes isn't heard immediately - we have all the sounds of the denser bodies turned up most of the time, so to speak

- as for stuff on the internet?? the traditional hands-on Ketsueki-Kokan can be found, also called blood exchange, but it seems to me that not many people employ it

- I doubt that you will find anything on the internet about the distance K-K

- perhaps at some point in the development of my practice of this technique I will write up something and open a website

- for now I am enjoying the practice and the feedback from which I have learned much

Thank you, dear Firekeeper, for your reply and insight. Yes, I did find some limited information on K-K described, as you said, as "blood exchange". It was not clear to me, though, what the expected results were. But it does make sense that each recipient would use their own abilities to incorporate any clearing or change.

For myself, I never experienced the post-attunement cleansing process...at least not in a definable 21-day way. My cleansing was much slower...due in no small part to the fact that I had a lot of issues to work on. I felt spared that sometimes chaotic period...until the K-K clearing hit me on the head!

I am truly grateful for the work you do and for allowing me to participate. I have learned much in the last 2 months and, while the journey wasn't always easy, it has been rewarding and definitely needed.

thats so funny, last night i kept thinking about musical chimes. it was a bit windy here and the several chimes outside my bathroom window kept ringing all night, then my cat shanti was playing with the dreamcatcher & wind chimes that hang off a large plant in my livingroom late last night. perhaps it was she playing the music you heard. thanks again for the clearing, i didnt really feel anything except i noticed i became very tired a bit earlier than usual.

Thank you for allowing me to be part of the group K-K experience.

At the top of the hour, I was in deep meditation when my dogs suddenly decided to want out. (Those darn dogs.) When I stood up, reluctantly, to let them out, I couldn't move for about 20 seconds. I felt like I was out of my body and couldn't move. It took some effort to "come back" and be able to walk. I put the dogs out and went back to my meditation until the hour was over. I am wondering if being so "spaced out" was due to being so connected to the K-K you were sending!

I was more tired than usual when I went to bed. I think I was asleep before my head hit the pillow. I have a recurring dream about moving to a different house, and the house has always been a disaster, either an impossible floor plan, or simply a dirty, filthy mess, and it has always been too late to back out of the contract. Since I have become Reiki, the dreams still occur, but each time the house gets nicer.

Last night, there was no house. I was looking at two different sites; one was a beautiful green meadow with a lake or ocean in the distance, the other was a wooded area with beautiful, leafy, large trees. I couldn't make up my mind which I wanted. There was no decision made. I woke up in a wonderful mood.

Today I am a little headachy, but otherwise feeling great.

I would love to be a guinea pig again.

I too participated in last night's festivities. I was awake and was in a light meditative state. During the clearing, I felt "tingly" all over for a good 15 minutes, most enjoyable really. Today, I too have had a dull headache.
Firekeeper, you mention that it is up to the "guinea pigs" (I hate that name), to make use of the clearings to enhance their gifts, et cetera. Could you expand on this, perhaps I'm having a senior moment, but I'm not sure how to use the clearings to enhance my meager gifts.......confused in Maine...perhaps a little too much has been cleared away.....

Update: It's Saturday Morning, and has been the case in the past, two days after the K-K clearing, I am REALLY irritable....any ideas as to what this is about????????

Sorry for the late response. I just wanted to let you know of my experiences thursday night. I had an exceptionally lucid and fairly scarry dream. It happened right after I feel asleep and I awoke immediately after it. (And I actually woke my husband up because it was so unsettling.)

my feeling is that the spinning was clockwise. I am afraid I cannot recall anything else, as I was only half-conscious. It was not a nice feeling at the beginning (I felt like when I drink some wine, and it goes to my head IMMEDIATELY), but after a few seconds it turned into a nice sensation.

- of course, you do not specify the nature and extent of the irritability

- is it with others? (which can be projections of issues one has with oneself, of course)

- are you more aware that it is with yourself??

- too, there are no "meager gifts"

Dear Firekeeper,

After my clearing, I also had some irritability. The first day or two following the clearing, I felt really wonderful and then I began to experience irritability, mostly with myelf. I also had a very hard time concentrating and getting my mind to focus on any one task at a time. The extent of this loss of concentration was so great for several days that I got very little work done.

Just a bit more feedback for you. It seems these types of reactions are quite common...any insight?

- irritabilty can viewed as one result when our psychological defense mechanisms which normally help us keep our irritabilty in check are not fully operating or have been at least partially made more visible

- defense mechanisms are very adaptive and useful for survival and apparnet balance

- yet sometimes they can impede development as we are kept in olde, safe (if stagnant) patterns

- the K-K clearing is Intended for the Mental and Emotional Bodies so it is no surprise that A few may have the types of reactions you mention -

- Key is to try and consider the defense mechanisms involved and see about relating to them in new, more developed ways
