- again, honored that the 10 of you would sit circle for the Group K-K

- just a few notes:

-
the initial clearing work found a good deal less of the "denser" junk to be cleared out and away -

- I attribute this, at least in part, to the fact that all but one of the participants has been thru one or more previopus clearings (group and\or individual)

- it would seem that folks are using the past clearings to their benefit

- as the session progressed I sensed a couple of "hiccups" in the flow of energy around the circle and each member of the circle and through the circle

- I feel one such "event" was a glitch in my own Mindful Intent (my cat jumped up in my lap - I did not know she had been sleeping in my sanctuary - she likes energy work}

- the other "hiccups" I am less clear about - perhaps one or more of you had some sort of disturbance of your own Mindfulness activity during the K-K - especially if you were meditating, doing self-reiki, or sleeping

- overall, I felt it was a rather "easy" bit of work last night - again, there seemed to be a lot less of the denser junk we accumulate daily - so easier and quicker to get to the more subtle energy bodies

- also, two areas for a little extra focus were Heart Centre and Tanden

Hi Firekeeper. Once again, many thanks for the clearing! I don't think any hiccups came from me as I was blissfully sleeping and had a very pleasant evening (unlike the turmoil of the blackout!!) I have been more emotional, and I wonder if it's part of junk being cleared out. But I have also been more focused. I have many home improvement projects going on, and while they can really get to me, I'm holding my own, so that's a good sign.

Just remembering a wonderful night of exceptional dreams some days after the individual KK. I woke up feeling very special. One dream was strange. I was in a town, and everyone was dressed in mideaval clothing (a festival?)and were celebrating in 2 restaurants across the street from eachother. Traffic in the center of the street consisted of large plastic cylinders filled with mud and see through plastic cars filled with mud driving down the street--bizarre. I was standing by a window and hurt my hand. A man from across the street came running over to me and took me in the front of the celebration, kissed my hand, and I bowed to him. Crazy stuff.

Another dream had people seeking me out for my talent with music. The people were very well dressed and in a very sophisticated business environment. I think it was about teaching singing.

Another dream was in a church. A bishop was saying mass, and then all of a sudden everyone was singing happy birthday to him. I was in the front pew and ending on a high note. The bishop was so happy that I did that, he came over and hugged me and gave me a big kiss on the lips. Two guys next to me were commenting on my lack of proper breath control.

A strange night of dreams. There were probably a couple more but I can't remember. All of them were about people noticing me in a positive way (except for my breath control!) I wonder if the KK wasn't working its wonders on me. I wouldn't mind some more nights like that one.

As usual, the distance K-K brought up another issue I need to deal with and heal.

Dear Firekeeper,

Thank you once again for your efforts. I think the combined effects of my increased frequency of meditations, concerted attempts to live the principals and your distance clearings have made me a much more serene person. The sequelae from Thursday differs from the usual response; usually I am as light as a feather the day after and the evil twin two days after. This time? I have been generally even keel with no sight of the 'evil twin'.
My question is: can you differentiate between and among participants' energies? Do we seem to have signiture energy patterns? Inquiring minds want to know, please.

- yes, the Intent and Design of the K-K was to facilitate each guinea pig in utilizing and edvolping their own "resources"

I think all of us are working to develop our "resources", but when you do this work, do you recognize our different energy patterns? Do we come across as individuals even on that level?

- yes, each K-K group circle is comprised of a specific number of energies - those who have given permission for that session

- it is important to be able to have some Mindfulness of this so as to do what I can to assure that no "uninvited guests" are there

- assuring the "safety" of the circle is one of my primary responsibilites in this work

- of course, in all this I am working on my own Mindfulness skills as well - I would like to be able to develop to the point where I would be able to focus sufficiently on a specific individual while working with the group - sometimes people mention specific issues or concerns ahead-of-time

- will I ever be able to know with ease (out of the group) that a particular energy is a specific person, ie, ah ha, there's Demetra??

- that would be an excellent development

- thus, if 10 have agreed to sit circle and there wer an 11th energy there I would know there is an intruder

- I will say, though, that once I am better at focusinf upon an individual while doing the group work at the same time?? I suspect that I would be more likely to recognize an energy pattern of someone who has been thru several individual sessions in the past
