The Reiki Cafe 

I set my alarm for 3:33 tomorrow a.m. I'll catch a bus from Portland, then the train from Boston, some stops with friends new and old, then into Manhattan tomorrow night. Followed by two days of giving Reiki in the parks with a group of SPARK volunteers (see Roxy's Announcement a couple weeks ago).

I'm excited, scared, humbled and honored all at once. But buoyed on top of the wave by all the good will, strong energy and loving kindness around this event.

I'll be thinking of you tonight and tomorrow. I haven't heard which parks I'll be in, although I've gotten the official welcoming e-mail.
