The Reiki Cafe 

Has anybody read it? I am in the middle of it and do not know what to make of it! I would be interested in finding out if anybody else read it and if they applied it to their dreaming practices. I am a little disappointed because the "story" seems too "fantastic". I got this book since my favorite author and speaker, Dr.Wayne Dyer refers to Carlos Castaneda a lot. I am having a hard time making head or tail of this book.

- some of it sounds like a guide to "lucid dreaming" but it really relates to various forms of shamanic journey

- so if you are not shamanically trained or 'predisposed' you might try some more conventional stuff on lucid dreaming

- or yogas of sleep and dream (if that is your cup of butter tea)
