I was wondering if anybody had read David Icke"s "Children of the Matrix".

For the first few chapters I thought the guy is quite wacked. But now I wonder. What's your take?/

No havn't read the book, but have spent hours on his website.
I can remember when David Icke first started to talk about the things he does now. he was a sports commentater on television , but gave it up to pursue this carear.
I think at the time he was looked upon as totally wack, He does now make sense

I have just read the excerts from the book on the web page.A lot of what was there does also bear out the other reserch that I have done in the last 2 years or so.

I personally love David Icke. I watched his videos with the African Shaman which I shared with a reiki teacher who also was impressed. Although I have read stories from his website that were a bit creepy and scary as well as interesting to be sure. Then I have to ask how it's helping me in my life and admit it's a distraction at times. And not what I want to focus on. I've also read one or two of his also fascinating books.

There is A LOT of stuff out there, some authentic, some not. The best thing we can do for ourselves is to ask that question, and often.

It is fascinating how many "realities" there are out there, and layers upon layers of existing worlds that we are unaware of.
I agree with you....sometimes it is so distracting if we try to step into these other realms or truths, or try to fathom them out.......it is our own journeys that needs the focus and attention.
I must admit, I too, am fascinated by David Icke' stuff, similarly Dan Browns "novels" (can I assume you guys have read The Da Vinci Code? - over here, it seems every man woman and dog has read it and is talking about it! I am just getting into "Angels and Demons" now that my studies have finished for the year....yippee, at last, a book I CHOOSE to read!)
I would love to hear more of your thoughts on these subjects. Much as I know I should be focusing on the job in hand (ME!!! ha ha) it does tend to get a trifle boring at times and I love to hear about new and fascinating things that go on "out there" behind the semblance of normal, acceptable everyday life.
(is there such a thing,now that we have some kind of awareness, LOL???)

I have read the Da Vinci Code. Loved it. I don't think I have ever read a book so fast before.

Yes, there are many layers of reality. Our curiousity can lead us in many directions and there is much to learn by following this desire to know deeper meaning in life.

I find, what works best for me, is to listen to intuition, keep my awareness open so that I can take note of patterns and themes that present themselves as pieces to the puzzle, and to utlize keen discernment along the way so that I may get less distracted by mis-truths.

It's a fun journey. Celebrate every moment of it.

I have not had the chance to read any of his work, but my partner and dearest friend supports his writtings. She is a Psychic, Medical Intuitive, Reiki Master etc... She is very well versed on his stuff. She also says his writings goes along with what she has been told through her connection with the other side. Guess I will have to give it a look.
