The Reiki Cafe 

After visiting the cafe here and hearing about chakra, I bought myself "Chakra Healing" by Rosalyn L.Bruyere.
Ps: the tape is good and remembers me of what I have learnt here. Thanks

I then started on "Hands of Light - A guide to Healing Through the Human Energy Field" by Barbara Ann Brennan. I saw a connection between the tape and the book. I was happy with that connection and also with the way Ann introduces the topics.
I now only hope to be able to fully understand her book and also to be able to do the exercises mentioned in tne tape.
