Hi!!
I found this book on a clearance table sandwiched between two books on more mundane subjcts. Huna Self Awareness by Dr Erika S. Nau, published in 1992. A small book with an explanation of Huna healing & beliefs, the way of the Kahunas. Found it fascinating that they addressed a low, middle & high self that represented conscious & subconscious & the higher self...as well as the etheric double or shadowy self, astral projection, etc.
