Hello,
I just read a hysterically funny book based loosely on the bible. It is a fiction based book on a guy named Levi-Bif ( Bif because thats the sound your head makes when someones smacks you upside yours, lol ) and his many experiences being Jesus's best friend growing up.
Many times I was challenged to "lighten up" when my limits of whats funny and appropriate to Jesus and God were pushed waaaaaaaaaaaaaaay beyond what I felt comfortable reading. It was actually amusing that I was uncomfortable. I had to stop, talk with spirit and then continue.
Lots of it was some crazy antics the then young men got into trying to help Jesus along path.
I highly suggest this book because it does remind us that number one, spirit has a great sense of humor its where we got ours. Also, Great spirit is all loving. If laughing at some silliness would put into jeopardy our "spiritualness, or goodness" or our going to heaven as Chris says at the end of his book, we got some prayin to do.
