The Reiki Cafe 

I had a most alarming dream last night which involved me in a troublesome breathing exercise. I found myself panicking and struggling for breath, my nose and throat blocked by an unseen force.
At the last moment I plucked a ten inch coiled spring from my nostril and thereafter took in a deep breath.
I was saved.
But what was the significance of the spring? What did it mean?

A dream does not stand alone, it is in relation to your life at this time, your things, feelings, events, companions, etc. Something must be inhibiting you.

- nose is a prana door so perhaps there are kundalini implications

- however, I would offer that the main feature to focus on is that you 'uncoiled' the matter so the prana would flow again

Unknown source blocking one's nose and throat? This speaks to me as a subconsious resistance or fear of communication.

Are you stuggling with allowing your spiritual communication to flow freely and uninhibited?
