The Reiki Cafe 

Hello .. I am new to this board. But felt the need to share my dream with you. Maybe someone can interpet it for me as I do not know where it the heck it came from..

I dreamt that everything around me in the world was covered in glitter. I am standing in my kitchen with a associate from my place of business and there is glitter everywhere, floating in the air, all over the floor, on the counters, in everyones hair and on their faces. I go to the freezer and get the icecube tray out of the freezer and there is glitter in the icecubes..then I wake up.

this is extremely strange for me because I do not ever remember dreams past the first 30 secs of waking up fully. I have been told that I need to keep a journal. And I will some day. :)

Hi.

Yes, not remembering dreams much certainly does not mean one does not dream. Journalling one's dreams is reported to help stimulate some to remember drems more fully and to dream in more detail, so to speak. I was taught that journalling means that if one wakes enough at 4:22 AM one scribbles right then and there in the journal one keeps at bedside. No waiting till dawn (yawn).

As to what all the glitter represents? Hard to say from just one dream.

Anglehair, all I can do is tell you what it would mean to me if I dreamed this dream with my particular dream symbols. Your dream symbols are your own. You need to take each item and decide what each item means to you and then let it tell you its story.

If it were my dream, it would mean that the atmosphere of earth is being flooded with something that to me glitters, to me this is a fantastic feedback from myself. Rather than feeling this as shallow as firekeeper suggested, to me the glitter is pure gold sparkles, pure representation of a newness in earth's atmosphere.

So you see, you have to find your own interpretations.
