I have been debating about my teaching job for next year -whether to contiue or to quit. I dreamed that termites had gotten to my chair at work....Does this mean that I will lose this job? Thanks for any input.

Dear Mal,
Oh, I wouldnt suggest drawing a conclusion like that. Perhaps there are some ideas or beliefs that arent supporting you very well these days, conflict between ideal world ( way it looks on the outside )& a more rotten reality ( internal structures)...maybe just fears of falling on your arse without the job underneath you? The dream might just reflect the conflict in making a decision re the job.

I will endevor to answer your question in clear and succinct verbage:
"Oh hell no girl."

That construct you describe most likely indicates that you are anxious about something. You might be anxious about your job in some regard. Or it could be a financial concern with your job being the foundation of all that requires money in your life.

Or it could be that a real oak weevil found it's way into your room and found purchase in one of the legs of your chair.
