It's just that either the Yang aspect of myself, or my Animus are so invisible to me, that I can't comprend what having issues with them really means.

- they are not entirely distinct dynamics - Animus is the male aspects of the feminine just as the Anima is the female aspects of the masculine

- Yang is, most simply, the male energy with which we might say the animus acts and reacts just as Yin can be said to be the female energy with which the Anima acts and reacts

- quite simplified, perhaps even over simplified, but close enough for starters
