denisek,
/*\ Namaste :-}}
- from a Jungian perspective one might not give some formulaic interpretation since the 'feeling' which the dreamer experienced as the dream unfolded is crucial
- flying then might be joyous spiritual soaring, or symbolizing tryig one's wings in a new way - exploration, or flight from the mundane which may be joyous or have other feelings attached, andsoforth
- paralysis or being unable to move fast enough to escape someone or something that is after the dreamer is perhaps more restrictive for interpretation - not necessarily easier, but less room to wriggle (denial being one form of wriggling)
bagl
- one idea about the paralysis or slow moving theme is that what ever is symbolically after the dreamer is something that likely will need to be faced at some point in waking life (though some are able to use dream yoga practices to help with non-waking solutions to issues)
- so, turning and facing the pursuer is one way to deal with the dream - this requires, of course, some skill at lucid dreaming and perhaps a bit of courage
