roxylady,

/*\ Namaste :-}}

- sounds as if the Unconscious is trying to get your attention about something or divert your attention (Shadow mischief)

- perhaps you are using some psychological energies (the loud music??) to "drown out" other 'messages' you need to hear and attend to??

- hope this helps in some way

Hmm, Interesting. I´m really not sure... maybe the message is in the music itself.... and maybe it is sooo loud to make sure it grabs my attention.... It started since my brother died and he was really into his music... the most recent dream song was people singing happy birthday... my brothers birthday is next month, so there must be a connection i suppose. Also... it always come through just before awakening. so i wake up to the music... i still here it when i awake until the moment i open my eyes and register where i really am... any thoughts?

Dear Roxy,

It's kind of interesting the things we experience just before we wake up. I have occasionally, very vivid, scary images of my everyday life and suddenly wake with a start.

I'm sure there must be some explanation, but I don't know what it is. Perhaps Mr. Firekeeper can enlighten us.

Rock On!
Roxy

Ms. Roxanne,

/*\ Namaste :-}}

- not everyone faces each new day with 'confident optiism' and 'eagerness' - just as there are some who do not face the prospect of dreaming with enthusiasm

>:-}}

- and it seems not uncommon that we may be in REM sleep not long before waking - that being a key time for dreaming

- anxieties about the day ahead (or days past) can appear in dreams since we generally go to bed with some thoughts, feelings, ideas about the next day (or past days) in our conscious processes

- it is these sorts of dreams, if they occur earlier in the sleep cycle, that are very useful to try to work with - noting them in a dream diary, apply lucid dreaming techniques, or even dream yogas if one is into that sort of practice
