well, we can't really. Think about it, the ozone layer, the environment. But maybe it was my subconsious telling of turning my back on my own nature, just to please others.
one could read it in an awful load of ways.
of course those others don't know my nature, or the nature I'm hiding from them. so there not to blame, i'm hiding from my own true nature to please others in my mistaken belief that it would please them. I'm only hiding from myself.

My humble take is that the message might have been intended to pry open your "view" or consciousness a bit.

There's a apple/orange difference between being concerned about Nature and connecting with Nature. One can find wisdom in the wee-est of creatures. Just a matter of of allowing the 3rd eye a moment of unfettered Mindful gaze.

I wish i could tell you in a few paragraphs how to open to Nature, or The Mother that binds our toxic petro-concrete world together.

I guess it starts with with the suble realization that we are not the Grand Homosapiens as we were taught.
