A few weeks ago a had a dream regarding roses.
I was given two bunches of roses, in one bunch there was only one rose and it was from my boss (female) just thanking me for all the work I do for her.
The second bunch had about three or so and I they were from someone named Ray. I figured out later on that this name is the name of my guide.
My question, is there anything that I missed regarding what it means when you dream about roses. They were the colour red as well.

crystalgirl,

/*\ Namaste :-}}

- I would suggest that the most important matter is what the dreams mean to you

>:-}}

- for myself, single dreams are often hard to interpret - having a series of dream with which to relate a single dream (via dream diary, for example) can be productive

>:-}}

- but, one of the aspects of roses in dreams is to be aware of the number of petals (7 or 8 for example)-

- as with the number of lotus petals attributed to the Chakras, the number of petals of the rose(s) can be important

- one view is that the single rose is symbol of completion, achievement, or unity and consequently associated with the Mystic Centre, the Heart

- more than one or two roses (or other dream feature) becomes unclear as it involves multiplicity, frequiently a clear interpretation not being possible

- hope this helps

all blessings,

Hi Crystalgirl,

How do you feel when someone on the earthly plane gives you roses? Do you have a special preference for red ones? What is your significance to receiving one and then a group of 3? Think about what it means to you.

Bravo for figuring out Ray is your Guide. How did you come to that conclusion? I have met one particular Guide in a dream, and still to this day am not sure what to call him. LOL, poor guy!

In light and love

namaste,

group of three has significance in many religions.
Father/Son/Holy Ghost, Maid/Mother/Crone, etc.

Also, "boss" can also be interpreted as the BIG BOSS, God, a parent, etc, not only your current boss.

Honestly, I have never received roses from anyone. Actually, when I do look at roses I have always prefered the red ones.
As for the number 3, that made me think for a minute, but since last december I have had a lot of three's show up. The day I picked up my first car was 03/12/2002, the day I received my driver's licence was 03/03/2003 and the day I did get my licence I realized that it was exactly three months that day that I picked up my car. I did look up the number 3 in a numerology book ( i don't recall what it said now) but at the time it was true. I just figure that 3 is a good number for me.
As for coming up with the guide part. I honestly didn't know what that name meant when I woke up. I was listening to the physic Sylvia Brown's CD and she started talking about guides and all of a sudden I knew that the name of my guide was Ray.
