Ritual

Hello:

I had a rather odd dream that had a ritual in it. I was wearing a black robe as were the others. I was chanting the white wolf moves west(or was it grey? cant remember) I was chanting this in the four directions. Does this mean anything to anyone? Unfortunately, I cannot remember the rest of the dream. I do know that I have been having very weird vivid dreams ever since I purchased a lemurian seed crystal. Wish I could remember them.

Blessings,

Chris

Hi Chris,

I know it's been a few days since you posted, but hopefully you will have a chance to get this response....

First as you probably know, it's suggested the dreamer try coming up with their own personal definitions for dream symbols, but as we all know sometimes we hit a brick wall and just can't make sense out of our dreams.

So to try and help you out - think of what a ritual (or could it be described as a ceremony) means to you. Is it you are accepting something? Perhaps making the final preparations for a change of some kind? You know....just needing to do one more thing to complete something? Also with regard to the wolf moving west - is wolf of special significance to you? Do you feel wolf a totem animal to be paid attention to? Or does wolf mean adaptable, independent, etc.? Also have you been toying with the idea of literally moving? If so, are you heading in a westerly direction? I believe you have just recently moved - was it in a westerly direction from where you were before? Does it feel like a completion of some cycle? Colors can have their own meaning too - where white could be representative of purity, and black may be mysterious or unknown, perhaps the grey is a combination? Is it light or dark grey? If light - maybe moving towards purity, if dark - maybe still mysterious, but getting easier to understand. Also try to recall how you felt upon waking and remembering this portion of your dream. Were you excited, calm, nervous, fearful? Or did it feel like something that was supposed to occur? As in "yes, that part is done now, I can move on to the next step"...?

Laff, I know there is a lot to think about, but I have a feeling this is a dream that is important to you, and really needs to have your personal interpretation.

Also, if you aren't already keeping a dream journal, maybe start now with this dream. Just write down the date of the dream, give it a title, and jot the details down just as you did in your posting. Then under that, write down the key words, and what they represent to you. This is making your definitions to the symbols, and over time you will find they start repeating from dream to dream - enabling you to interpret with a bit more ease.

I hope this helps.

In light and love,
Featherpoint
