This is what I wonder. I tend to have very bizzare dreams. Some are so weird that I can't imagine that they have any meaning.

Kathryn,

/*\ Namsate :-}}

- from the Jungian perspective all dreams are a message -

- of course, not all messages are especially Key

>:-}}

- from a Jungian perspective there are no "weird" dreams

- perhaps the meaning of dreams you are finding particularly "uninterpretable" is that there is some aspect of yourself or psychological process being housed in your Unconsciious that is rather "alien" to your "waking self"

>:-}}

- and the message may also be to keep a dream diary for a while and see if there is a thread you can find that will help you

- hope this helps in some way

Dear Kathryn,

With rare exeption, all people have bizzare dreams. Many do not remember upon waking. That is to say many choose not to and create mechanisms not to remember.

Indeed much can be learned from the plot lines and text of dream constructs. That stuff about dream journals is key. Learing the dream construct languge is easy. Remembering and incorprating takes a bit more effort.

Namaste,
Michael

Hi Chrysanthemum,

I find that my most bizarre dreams are quite often the ones that have the most to tell me. I also find that sometimes they are just so weird that I can't come up with a clear meaning for them for quite some time, that's where the dream journal comes in handy. You can go back over your dream weeks later and quite often get new insight which you hadn't thought of before.

In light and love,
Featherpoint
