Friends, the "war" in Iraq strikes close to my heart and my community as we grieve the loss of a young man who is the son of a dear Friend of mine. I am acutely aware of the tremendous need there is for me to walk in deep respect for the loss of this family, and the loss of all of us each time someone leaves this world due to violence, war, etc. I seek prayers for greater efforts from all of us to live, breathe, advocate in love the coming of Peace to our hearts, our communities, and all the world. Peace and love to all sentient beings, and let it begin with me, and please again, join at a deeper level the dream of Peace for our Planet. Thank you, Sharon

I just popped in here for the first time in a few months, to make my own post, and saw yours. My deepest sympathies for your loss, it is so sad. It is hard these days to "see the Earth as whole" when there is so much violence. But we keep trying, don't we, in the midst of our grief?

I will breathe peace into my heart, deeper and stronger, to honor your friend's son.
