I'm not a doctor so don't by any means consider this any form of diagnosis. I had a friend once who woke up and couldn't use his arm at all for 2-3 weeks. According to what he was told sometimes for some reason it just happens and usually straightens itself out. So hopefully that is the case with your wife. It's supposed to be more common than alot of people realize. If this happens to be the case then while it is definitely pretty strange it'll all be fine in the end.

You might also post this healing request at the Healing Requests Board if you have not already done so. More practitioners may see it there.

Anyone trained and attuned to Reiki 2 can do the distance work though not everyone has equal skills. Being called a reiki master does not automatically improve this.

And some Reiki Masters are women. Several of the more talented reiki practitioners I know are women.

I wonder if your wife as had some sort of stroke? Does she know you have asked for reiki for her?

i personaly believe that you can do whatever you think you can do. I think that reiki is a feeling. Whenever i practice reiki it feels like i can do anything. i am by no means a master or anything like that but i think that if you care about what you are doing, anyone can do anything.
