I believe working on our own inner conflicts will help the outer worlds situations. I just wonder how the permission thing works with this or am I being too anal about it??

Prosperity, I am not quite sure what you are asking. I experience when change happens in me, there is a reflection in the world at large. How can permission be an item in that? Prayers and reiki are ot the same thing. It is reiki that needs permission. I can ot tell you about prayers. I remember Coll, did not want anyone to pray for him, he got hot when they did. His reason was, God has already given everything possible. Now it is up to us. We bring change in ourselves, and it gets felt everywhere. That is our contribution.

Can we do reiki on Africa without permission? Genocide is occuring there or has occured there in huge numbers. People have been killed working in the fields. Do we do long distance and ask permission from the African people telepathically? Or would prayers be more appropriate for that?

Prayers are always good. If you are woried about permission, send Reiki to the continent or the region of the earth. sending to Mother Earth will raise the vibratin of her and heal her heart beat. This will effect the people and allow them to make better choices. I don't see a propblem with sending Reiki to any country. How is that different than sending to the entire earth? Just send love.

Hi.

Resolving one's own Karma will affect Humankind's Collective Karma. We cannot resolve the Karma of another sentient, afterall.

Yet, to the extent that we are all connected through our Species Collective Karma we may, rather indirectly, be assisiting our brethren and sisteren without their direct permission. I do not have too much trouble with this.

Yes and thank you and others as I received much help and validation to send reiki to Africa as the military is getting too carried away and the aids crisis is extreme especially with their superstitious ways and not receiving medical care. Many refugees have arrived in US and so to send reiki to them is also an option.

When we send prayers or healing energy, to a situation or a part of the world, with the best possible outcome for all concerned in mind, can that be wrong? ( differentiating between sending the intent of healing rather than a particular outcome that "I" perceive as best).

Since posting the above, I recalled that we live in a holographic universe where everything in our immediate vacinity is similar to the whole. We influence our here and now which has immediate influence on the whole.

in my small corner, I've been wondering if it is possible to send people something to help them find peace within them.

Also, how do we not interfere and yet send them our regards?

We have good intentations that may not be perceive others as good wills. If this is so, it is safer to let the heavens refine our prayers etc to fit the needs of the "victims" or recipients?
