The Reiki Cafe 

Dear Friends,
May I ask those of you who are level 2 or 3 to consider sending some long distance to Mother Earth for her healing & the healing of all inhabitants. Would love to hear from any who do this & the techniques they use. I have been visualizing the world as if I were looking at it from outer space,placing my hands over it & sending Reiki that way.
Just thought about another method I might try: sending Reiki in a way similar to the way I was taught to ground: by visualizing roots from my feet into the heart of Mother Earth & sending Reiki down through the roots to Mother Earth's heart to spread throughout the globe.
If there is an interest in this, perhaps a group of us could meet in the chat room from time to time to Reiki together! No reason why we couldnt have different groups at different times so it would be convenient to all.

I had posted similar to this on the healing board, prior to this wonderful rooms addition. I too have been sending to Mother Earth as she is rocked with unrest. Thank your fro re-addressing this important healing need!
