The Reiki Cafe 

Morning!!
Reading all the posts that I can at the Cafe today has made me think a little about the good that comes from just one little kind act. All those acts that seem insignificant that wind up spreading peace, hope, joy, compassion somewhere down the line.
If we act lovingly to one creature today...that starts a wave of positive energy. It stops somewhere along the line, I suppose. But what of the times it doesnt, when that little wave gets bigger & bigger?
The grossest of creatures may need a little compassion today. Why not spread a bit of good today to just one living thing?
Hey, dont let the cockroaches hear this, wouldnt want them to get the wrong idea!! :)

Did you ever see the "echos" when you drop a stone in a pond. How large those echos get until they bump into another echo. Waves of positive. Yahoo.
