How many intrepetations of the word "peace" can we have and what do we label as being peaceful?
Living and tolerating or absolute calm and quite with not much compensation?
We are in the world of lost concrete definitions and expectations.
Test these ideas : 1) fight for peace to live in peace; 2) peace for me and my benefits vs peace for all others.
3) Go to war to establish peace vs peaceful end to war.
There is definately a dilemma, do we fight to gain a piece of mind and then expect "peace" to follow. The reasons for action being unhappiness, not at peace with ourselves and others or want something badly.
Remedies: Should we be at peace not matter what happens to us.
If we are to be peaceful most of the time, how should we maintain that.
Futhermore, do we need to define words so that others do not misuse or misinterpret the words? How do we mean what we mean if we can't find "perfect" and concrete words and phrases.
ps: sorry about the style of writing. I do think we can do with clearer definitions of words and contexts, so we may never resort to writing an paragraph for most thoughts.
Funny but good for articles.
Take care.
