Reiki principles
* the heart of Reiki
* the real intention: " to bring about enlightenment, peaceful living, kindness towards all, calm in your mind, and in your life.".
* "embody compassionate living. They embody the Buddhist principles of Karuna ( compassion towards all beings) and Metta (loving kindness to all).".
According to the manual, true mastery of reiki comes from healing ourselves and living the principles. We master "ourselves" and not "Reiki" itself.

Usui Reiki system
