Does anyone have a good guided meditation for meeting your animal totem. I have tried the one I have several times, but everything is so vague. An animal might be there, but I'm not sure of anything. One time it mght be a bunny and next a horse. Big difference, not only in size. If I'm doing something wrong, I would like to correct it.

Yes,
a bunny and horse are different..but they both can be
your Totems... One has many Totems, than there are the ones who just come to give a message/lesson than leave...

There is a book called "Animal Speak" by Andrews...
It has some basic meditations & rituals for meeting your
Totems..

I will offer this to you...
If we connect in a session I will bring forth
your Totems and introduce them to you...
Last night I worked on a friend and 4 of her Totems came forth...
