The Book is:

by Julie Johnson.

It talks about all different kinds of "Sacred Wisdom"
Topics like:

Bringing forth your creative Spirit.
Rituals & rites of Passage.
Meditations.
Dream Weaving.
Talks about energy use, finding Qi.
Drum Medicine.
Ect...

I learned a thing or two to use in my teaching!
