When I use these, I copy and paste Mr. Martsten's daily motivational and give him credit and a link to his site. I use many other sites also. The club I manage is mostly now a small support group of friends who have known each other online for over 4 years.

Each day I write about positive things in our lives, Reiki sometimes, using essential oils, or topical events and we just jabber about what is going on her lives and lean on each other or pull each other up when necessary.
