3 links and a question

Hi Everyone
Here are 3 links

http://home.dmv.com/~vincent/
on this one you pick a shape, click on it and then you can manipulate it. Also the blurb is worth reading.

http://home.earthlink.net/~pleiadesx/starquiz.htm
I refered to this quiz in the indigo thread. Some find the results interesting!!!!

http://www.rhythmsoftheglobe.com/gr/images/bpd/rock_pool.jpg

I currently have this picture on my desktop.

Ok the question (LOL)

Do any of these 3 sites, invoke memories or emotions (Please don't post to say you got bored with them lol)

Enjoy

Rob

i had such a strong negative reaction to that photograph.
perhaps i have seen too many B-movies, but the idea of a 'mothership' coming to whisk me off anywhere is frightening. they would have to take me kicking and screaming. this is where i belong. here with the rivers and birds and plants.
while i do not write off any possibility that a few, some, most (okay even all) of us were brought or sent here from other worlds, i feel that even if that were the case, this place, this beautiful earth, is home. my home. i do not care about aliens, spaceships and other universes. they can exist there and i here.
i guess you could say i found this anything BUT boring, LOL.

Hi Rob,

Interesting web-sites!

In the first link, there was one object that 'jumped' out at me.

In the second, as you said, I did find the results interesting. Although, some of the questions were rather difficult to answer, as I was kind of 'on the fence' between yes and no. So I'm not sure if my results were a true indicator of any connections.

The third, well it felt comfortable, peaceful, refreshing. I can't say whether it is the 'alien' connection, or if it is the feeling of being in a moment of one's own space, the now, or whatever you want to call it.

How did you feel about them?

With light and love,
Featherpoint

Hi Featherpoint
Ok what I got.
No one particuler shape jumped out at me, but manipulating the shapes, sort of feaked me, in a good way. I spent ages playing with them, and sort of got lost in time.

The second one. I didn't get in the top 2 catorgries. My score was around 75, but there where a few questions that I couldn't answear, cos I didn't have any real knowledge of it.

The picture. Well, after the initial wow (I first saw this picture as a greetings card, so it was a lot smaller)
I felt like it was a remeberance.

The 3 links together, do sort of evoke things. Skywatcher, had a different reaction to the picture than we did. So far, the people I have sent this to, show a similer split in reaction.

I do like your analogy of "the feeling of being in a moment of one's own space, the now, or whatever you want to call it." This does sort of sum it up.

Thanks for looking

Namaste

Rob

Otoharo!

Rob, I tried these three links and could get none of them. I will try again later. I have a compaq, laptop with windows xp. That ought to be powerful enough. Anyway, nil so far. I do not see the letters very well, so I may be typing incorrectly. I can bring the size of type up for email but not for the web, I guess. And the line under the urls, makes it even more difficult to see the individual letters correctly. Next time, I will get out my magnifying glass!

Dear Finality,

It's much simpler than that. If you just doubleclick on the underlined words and letters, it should take you right to the page.

Blessings,

The pyramid called out to me the most i think. Which is funny cuz usually the more complex something looks, the more i like it. Usually I find plain rather boring. But something bout the pyramid was just Wowwwwwww. It's the one that seemed to stand out the most for me I think. I'm not into pyrmaid power and such either(though I don't dismiss it it's never been an interest). To me the other shapes were "just shapes". The pyramid felt "right". And really seemed to be the only one that caused any kind of a reaction.

Oopps there were two other pages. You were chatting with me when i took the alien quiz. I was like 64 or 65. Some of them were kind of in between. But they are my first cousins. Time for the foil hat!!!

The picture was like " Wow this is neat" But while i found it visually stimulating that was about all it did for me.

Thank you for looking at these links. I know some of you who have looked, havn't posted. I hope that everyone who has looked has got something from them.

All 3 links have at sometime made me question how I view things. The last one, the rock pool one was especially powerfull for me.

Sacred geomatry is found in everything around us and withing us . I am told that if we understnd it, we understand the way things are. I have yet to meet anyone who can truly say that they do (LOL)

The quiz is a bit of fun. But once again, different people get different things from it.

The reactions are interesting, and I wonder what they actually tell us about ourselves?.

Why I posted them?
Well first of all, I wanted to share them and secondly because of the way they made me look at me.
And secondly, If anyone else has done that as well. I hope that what they see in them selves is as good as it was for me

Rob,

/*\ Namaste :-}}

- thanks for the links.

- over the years I have spent a fair number of hours with Kabballah

- I have never had much attraction to the geometric analogs, so to speak.

- there are (or soon will be) now at least two complete English translations of the Zohar - this will be my next major reading venture (should take at least a of couple years - or into my dotage, whichever comes first)

bagl

- take care,

So your a sercher of the old knowledge then.
Funny enough, I get the feeling that there may be a bit of the old geometry there LOL.

Have fun

Rob,

/*\ Namaste :-}}

- well, olde knowledge has been around since it was young knowledge - waiting to be "absorbed"

>:-}}

- the Zohar predates any geometry in the formal sense

- is there "geometry" in the tree of life??

- of course.

>:-}}

- there is even "geometry" in fractals; weird geometry to be sure

bagl

- and too, energy workers can be rather strange attractors.

- however, for the most part I suspect Kabbalists don't think of it in terms of dodecahedrons, etc.

Hi Rob

The quiz was fun, the picture disturbed me. Maybe it was too close to fears ingrained from religious upbringings but it felt too close to home for me.

Hope this helps or is of use somehow
