This is a statement from Richard Blackwell done through
Dharma Master Tsien dated 2-25-03, mighty interesting reading I thought.

Several senior students of Richard Blackwell now believe that Dharma Master Tsien was a figment of somebody's imagination.

For one -- though RB claimed to call him all the time, there were never any calls on the phone. And no one has heard of a Vajrayana lama in either Taiwan, Bhutan, or for that matter anywhere else with the names Dharma Master Tsien, or Kon chab Si Chu Rinpoche.

One of RB's old students is also a student of my tsawai (root) lamas. He told me that he had heard that RB's aunt and close confidant had gotten cancer, and that they were moving to Taiwan to be with Dharma Master Tsien and his sangha. It certainly is possible RB has some contacts there. I just don't know how much of the rest I believe.

Interestingly enough -- much of the practice of the system of Men Chhos Rei Ki was pain stakingly constructed from Vajrayana practices and fooled more than one long time Vajrayana practitioner. It's too bad we couldn't have started with the truth and worked out from there.
