Hi Natalie,
Something here to look into. I am not a doctor, but speaking from my own experience, some of what you described is similar to what I (and many others) have gone through with being undiagnosed or under-treated for hypothyroidism. Read through the information, and if you feel it is something you need to follow up on, get in to see a doctor.
